What is the company's history? When did DermTech become a public company?
DermTech became a public company in August 2019 through a business combination (a reverse triangular merger with Constellation Alpha Capital Corp)., which was a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) prior to the business combination.  On August 30, 2019, DermTech’s common stock and certain of its warrants began trading on The Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbols “DMTK” and “DMTKW,” respectively.

As discussed in our corporate presentation and SEC filings, our SmartStickerTM and the DermTech Melanoma Test have been evaluated in more than 20 peer-reviewed publications and studied in thousands of patients. We also periodically present our scientific results at various scientific and technical conferences. We have conducted and intend to continue to conduct in-depth research and utility studies on our current and potential future products.

As of June 30, 2022, we had approximately 240 employees.
When does DermTech's fiscal-year financial end?
Our fiscal year ends on December 31. Our quarters end on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31.

No. DermTech does not have a direct stock purchase plan. You can purchase DermTech common stock through a registered brokerage or stock purchase service provider of your choice.
